We stand behind Ignitra with a 180-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund of the product purchase price within 180 days of your order date, even if the bottles are empty.

How to request a refund

Contact our team at orders@tryignitra.com or +1 (775) 412-0398 with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship returns without contacting us first, as unannounced returns may not be processed.

What is covered

• The product purchase price is refundable within the 180-day window.
• Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• The guarantee applies only to orders placed through tryignitra.com. Purchases from unauthorized third parties cannot be refunded by us.

Processing time

Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo and your order number and we will replace it at no cost.
