How It Is Made
cGMP manufacturing, made in the USA, and independent lab testing on every single batch.
Quality is not a slogan on the bottle, it is a process that happens before the bottle exists. Ignitra is manufactured in a US facility that is cGMP certified and FDA-registered, and every batch is checked by an independent laboratory before it is cleared to ship.
Our manufacturing partner operates under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and is registered with the FDA. That means documented procedures, trained staff, controlled environments, and records for every production run. Made and bottled in the U.S.A.
Testing is performed by Ardent Peak Bioanalytics, LLC, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited third-party laboratory. Using an outside lab matters: it keeps the checks honest. Here is what happens on every lot.
Every incoming botanical is confirmed by high-performance liquid chromatography so the label matches what is actually in the capsule.
Standardized actives are measured to confirm they meet their target marker levels, lot after lot.
Finished product is screened for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury against strict limits (< 0.5 ppm).
Each lot is tested for total counts and pathogens, Within USP <2021> limits.
Raw materials are screened for residual solvents and pesticides before release.
Formulation and supplier documentation confirm non-GMO status and freedom from dairy, soy and gluten.
This page describes the process. The proof for the batch currently shipping, including the lot number, purity, and certificate reference, lives on the product verification page. The current cycle tests at 99.2% active purity by HPLC-UV, with heavy metals < 0.5 ppm and microbial results Within USP <2021> limits.
